Refunds and Returns
Refunds and returns depend on whether you purchased a physical or digital product or a scheduled training course.
Physical and Digital Product Returns
- Unopened physical products: Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of shipment.
- Defective items: Replaced with a new shipment of the same product.
- Opened or accessed items: Not eligible for a cash refund, but may be exchanged for equal or lesser value subject to a $100 restocking fee per item.
- Course Bundles and e-Keys: Multi-product bundle components and digital e-Keys are strictly non-refundable.
Course Cancellations
Course registrations and certification classes carry strict cancellation deadlines. The cancellation fee and the refund you receive depend on how far in advance you cancel, measured from the course start date.

Postponement and Rescheduling
If you need to move to a later date rather than cancel outright, a postponement fee of 25% applies to requests made less than 3 weeks before the course start date. Requests made more than 3 weeks in advance carry no postponement fee.
Other Conditions
- Exam vouchers are non-refundable.
- Florida students and self-pay students should refer to their signed Student Enrollment Agreement for refund policies.
