Refunds and Returns

Physical and Digital Product Returns

• Unopened physical products: Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of shipment.
• Defective items: Replaced with a new shipment of the same product.
• Opened or accessed items: Not eligible for a cash refund, but may be exchanged for equal or lesser value subject to a $100 restocking fee per item.
• Course Bundles and e-Keys: Multi-product bundle components and digital e-Keys are strictly non-refundable.

Course Cancellations and Rescheduling

Course registrations and certification classes carry strict deadlines for cancellations and are often non-refundable if missed.

• More than 3 weeks prior: No cancellation or fees.
• 2 to 3 weeks prior: Incurs a 50% cancellation fee or 25% postponement fee.
• Less than 1 week prior and/or no-shows: Incurs a 100% fee.
• Exam vouchers are non-refundable.
• Florida students and self-pay students should refer to their signed Student Enrollment Agreement for refund policies.
